CSA Supervisor – Data Centre Construction
Location: Camberley, Surrey (Gravity Edge)
Salary: £65,000 per annum or £350 per day (Contract)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a leading data centre specialist on a major project based at Gravity Edge in Camberley.
Our client specialises in the design, construction and delivery of mission-critical data centre infrastructure, providing comprehensive Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) solutions alongside mechanical, electrical and specialist installation services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSA Supervisor with a strong background in data centre construction, commercial builds or large-scale industrial projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all CSA activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a major data centre project.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard.
*
Oversee structural installations, architectural finishes, building fabric and associated construction activities.
*
Monitor site progress against project programmes and report on any delays or potential issues.
*
Interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
*
Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, construction managers and other trade supervisors.
*
Carry out regular site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
*
Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, RAMS and site procedures.
*
Identify and resolve construction-related issues to maintain programme and quality requirements.
*
Coordinate CSA activities with M&E and other specialist installation teams to ensure an integrated approach to data centre delivery.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a CSA Supervisor within construction.
*
Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction works.
*
Previous data centre experience would be highly advantageous.
*
Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial or mission-critical construction projects.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
*
Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
*
Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
*
Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
