CSA Project Manager – Data Centre – Ferrybridge, Leeds

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Leeds.

Responsibilities

* CSA / Structural Project Delivery

Take overall responsibility for the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works with a strong focus on structural packages, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution in line with data centre requirements.

* Programme, Planning & Coordination

Manage CSA programmes and sequencing, coordinating structural activities with MEP, commissioning, and logistics teams to achieve key milestones and phased data hall handovers.

* Subcontractor & Supply Chain Management

Lead and manage CSA and structural subcontractors, overseeing scope, productivity, and performance while ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.

* Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all CSA and structural works comply with project specifications, building regulations, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards, driving a strong safety and quality culture on site.

* Stakeholder & Interface Management

Act as a key interface with the client, consultants, and internal teams, managing technical issues, reporting progress, and supporting inspections, testing, and final handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)

Must have RTW in the UK

Benefits

£90,000 - £95,000 + Accommodation + Allowance + Rotational Package
