Requirements:
Design, develop & maintain CRM systems, specifically for recruitment processes.
Create custom workflows, dashboards and reports
Work closely with recruitment teams to find requirements for the CRM systems
Customise CRM solutions using with systems like salesforce or D365
Automating recruitment processes - sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Integrate ATS, job boards, HRIS
Previous Higher Education experience IS essential
