Description:

We are seeking an ambitious CRM Assistant (Mediterranean Desk) to join our client in Zurich, Switzerland (Job Ref: CRMAMDZW24). This onsite, permanent role in the banking sector offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our client's success by providing dedicated support to front units. As a CRM Assistant, you will engage directly with clients, assisting Relationship Managers (CRMs) in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

* Support CRMs in daily operations by coordinating client activities and ensuring streamlined business processes.

* Organize logistics for client meetings, events, and business trips efficiently to facilitate smooth operations.

* Manage account openings, closures, and other documentation meticulously, adhering to regulatory requirements.

* Monitor client portfolios, execute client orders in the absence of CRMs, and oversee asset maturities and corporate actions.

* Ensure adherence to internal and external policies and regulations, including FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.

* Collaborate with CRMs to develop and maintain KYC (Know Your Customer) files, facilitating streamlined account management processes.

* Assist in preparing internal research publications to bolster client strategies and provide market insights.

* Handle various administrative tasks and promptly respond to ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

* Completed bank apprenticeship and/or Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.

* Minimum of 5 years in a front office support role within the banking sector.

* Fluency in English and German required. Proficiency in Spanish or French would be advantageous.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential; familiarity with Avaloq and Bloomberg platforms is highly desirable.

* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of reliability.

* Ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and responsibility.

* Commitment to delivering high-quality service with strong ethics and professionalism.
