Description:
CRM & Analytics Specialist Central London | Up to £50,000 + benefits | Hybrid working
We're recruiting for a growing multi-site business looking for a CRM & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of its in-house CRM platform.
This is a 70% CRM / 30% analytics role, working alongside experienced CRM and data specialists. You'll support users across a national store network, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and help turn customer and sales data into useful commercial insight.
What you'll be doing
Support and maintain an in-house CRM platform
Troubleshoot bugs, system issues and user queries
Become a key point of contact for teams across multiple locations
Improve CRM workflows, forms and customer enquiry processes
Support integrations, upgrades, testing and data migrations
Write and run SQL queries
Monitor and improve data quality
Support reporting across sales, marketing and operations
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
Analyse enquiry, conversion, customer and revenue performance
Work closely with CRM, data, commercial and operational teams
What we're looking for You'll need strong hands-on CRM experience and the confidence to take ownership when something isn't working. Ideally you'll have:
3+ years' CRM administration / systems experience
Good SQL knowledge, ideally able to build queries from scratch
Experience supporting sales, customer or enquiry-based CRM systems
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar
Confidence troubleshooting system issues
Excellent communication skills with non-technical users
A calm, positive approach when working under pressure
Experience within retail, retail sales, self-storage, property, leisure or another multi-site customer business would be particularly relevant.
Knowledge of PHP, IIS, APIs or SQL Server would be useful, but isn't the main focus of the role.
Why apply? You'll join a collaborative team with experienced CRM and data specialists around you, while gradually taking more ownership as your knowledge develops.
It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the mix of systems, problem-solving, data and commercial
performance and wants to become a key CRM specialist within a growing business.
