Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Create and tailor applications, interfaces, and workflows to meet specific business needs without needing extensive coding skills, using user-friendly development tools.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and develop workflows to streamline tasks, minimise manual efforts, and enhance overall productivity.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive testing of developed solutions to ensure they function correctly, are user-friendly, and comply with company standards and best practices.
Deployment and Maintenance: Roll out applications and automation solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in low-code/no-code development to continually enhance skills and capabilities.
Governance and Compliance: Follow company policies, data security guidelines, and regulatory requirements while developing and deploying software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows within the Life/Pension/Insurance sector or similar industries.
Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms such as Creatio, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, Mendix, or similar tools is desirable but not mandatory if willing to learn and possess the right aptitude.
Basic knowledge of programming concepts and databases is a plus, but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
