Credit Controller - FTC

Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a well-established business based in Doncaster as they look to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and making an immediate impact. You'll be joining a friendly finance team where you'll take ownership of the sales ledger and support the business in maintaining healthy cash flow.

The role:

Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently

Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts

Producing aged debt reports and supporting cash collection targets

Liaising with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies

Maintaining accurate customer records and account notes

Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required

You'll be working closely with a supportive finance team in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be trusted to hit the ground running and manage your own workload.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous Credit Control experience

Is confident speaking with customers and negotiating payment solutions

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload

Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced finance function
