They expanding their Head Office Accounts team and are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join us.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:30 pm

Job Description:

As a Credit Controller, you'll play a crucial role in managing and collecting customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing debts and collections efficiently.

* Handling your section of the ledger effectively.

* Meeting agreed collection targets.

* Providing insightful reports on account performance.

* Monitoring daily debt and proposing corrective actions when necessary.

* Ensuring adherence to established credit policies and procedures.

* Escalating significant issues to the Team Leader or Credit Manager promptly.

* Completing daily tasks such as unallocated cash management and resolving account disputes promptly.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking candidates who possess:

* Proven experience in a similar credit control role.

* A solid understanding of finance and accounts principles.

* Exceptional organizational skills.

* Proficiency in SAP and/or Sage (experience in both is advantageous).

* Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Successful applicants will be established Credit Controllers with experience handling high-value accounts in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
