About the Role
Title: Credit Controller (FT, Perm)
Location: Manchester (hybrid)
Salary: up to £26K per annum
Benefits: 24 days holiday plus BH, pension, life assurance plus many more!
Hours: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
* Manage the debt portfolio of clients of varying sizes.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and interdepartmental teams.
* Assist in onboarding new clients with accurate data entry.
* Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients to manage risk.
* Achieve targeted month-on-month overdue debt levels.
* Prepare and present debt reports in weekly meetings with senior finance and operations managers, supported by the Senior Credit Controller.

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Credit Control function.
* Ability to reconcile complex accounts with excellent attention to detail.
* Professional manner and confidence to communicate with senior personnel.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Experience in Microsoft Office
* Proven ability to meet targeted month-end debt levels.
