Temp role 3 months - starting ASAP
Office presence for training, then one day a week in the office at Stockley ParkOur client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for 3 months to start ASAP. You will be joining a dynamic team where your expertise in credit management can make a real difference. As a Credit Controller, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients financial processes run smoothly. Ideally our client would like someone who has worked in a SaaS environment and has excellent computer skills to be able to channel shift between, Salesforce, Xero and Excel.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments to support financial stability and help drive the business forward-all within a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Your role:
Contact customers about overdue accounts to encourage prompt payments.
Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
Maintain professional communication with clients to nurture positive relationships.
Prepare reports on credit control activities and outstanding balances.
Support collection efforts to meet cash flow targets and improve financial health.Experience needed:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
SAAS experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with financial software and Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and pay close attention to detail.This temporary role is an excellent way to build your skills, expand your network, and gain industry experience
