Credit Controller | Kemble

Full Time | 40 hours | 3 month FTC

£28,000

O&CC are one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed & Snow + Rock and we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Kemble on a 3 month FTC to support the end of year functions.

As a Credit Controller, you will be overseeing the credit collection process including managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and minimising debts.

You will be supporting the Head of Finance by monitoring sales ledger & raising sales invoices, following up on overdue payments via phone, letter & email, implementing collection strategies to recover outstanding debts and resolving disputes related to payments and reconciling customer accounts.
