Do you have experience of operating within credit control environments? Are you looking for a new role within a business that provides optimal support to their employees? The Recruitment Co. are recruiting for one of our key clients in Wilmslow and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Chase payment of outstanding debts via telephone, letter, email
Re-instate and set up new direct debits
Resolve customer queries
Cash allocation
Management of Credit Control mail inbox
Admin duties including emailing copy invoices and vat schedules
Release of invoices to the ledger on a daily/weekly basisThe Person:
Knowledge and experience of credit control processes procedures is essential
Transactional finance knowledge and understanding
Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Professional attitude and persona
Positive outlook
Strong work ethic
Able to prioritise workload
Negotiation skills
Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
Generate and maintains solid working relationships with customers and colleagues
