Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday,
Hybrid working: 2 days office / 3 days home

Adecco are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced and growing business based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong credit control background to take ownership of a customer ledger, drive cash collection performance, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect outstanding debt.
Proactively chase overdue payments by phone and email.
Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries.
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Manage customer deductions and remittance advice processing.
Monitor credit risk and support order release decisions.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Services and Finance teams.What We're Looking For:
Previous Credit Control experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Confident managing customer relationships and difficult conversations.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. SAP experience is advantageous.
