Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven credit controller to join our client in Leeds. This role is initially offered on a contract to cover maternity leave.
Duties will include:
* Managing your own ledger of clients, ensuring prompt payment and adherence to company credit policies.
* Conduct credit checks on customers and update ledgers.
* Collaborate with sales team to resolve payment issues.
Requirements:
* Ideally previous experience in credit control.
* Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Passion for maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing bad debt.
