Description:
CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with an established business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Due to company growth they are keen to appoint an Accounts Receivable to support the Accounts Receivable Manager in managing the EU accounts receivable and credit control functions. This is an extremely innovate and high paced environment and could be offered on a permanent basis in the future.
What will the Credit Control/Accounts Receivable role involve?
Ensure that all payments are received on time and in full, or investigated to a speedy resolution.
Control all key customer accounts and investigate all claims that we receive for credits.
Work with the US finance department to develop effective working practices.
Provide reporting to the UK finance team on various aspects of credit control.
Provide support to the order processing team and ensure good communication between the various areas of the business in relation to open orders and receivables.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control/Accounts Receivable vacancy:
Experience of Accounts Receivable or account management is essential.
Positive, collaborative and friendly attitude.
Be able to adherence to process.
Strong organisational skills;
Strong drive to resolve open issues.
Strong attention to detail.
Good Excel skills are desired.
