Description:

Emergency Personnel is a leading last‐minute supplier and well‐established healthcare agency, aiming to provide healthcare sector environments across the UK with around‐the‐clock service. It was created on the basis that healthcare establishments which operate 24 hours a day, should always have an alternative temporary solution when staffing requirements need some assistance.
This an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and competent Credit Controller to join our Head Office team in Canary Wharf. This is a full-time office based role.
The ideal candidate must have recruitment experience and moderate exposure to working with NHS clients, ensuring payment security by communicating with ICBs and SBSs and quickly resolving queries.
Essentially, as a fast‐paced growing company, we are looking for someone who can slot right in with this talented team and assist in maximising cash flow.
Responsibilities
• Maintain regular contact with the client to ensure proper management of debt via phone, e‐mail and letter.
• To resolve credit control queries received in the Accounts Receivable e‐mailbox promptly.
• Highlight any high‐risk clients to the senior management team promptly.
• Managing key account relationships.
• Regular reconciliation of debtor ledger accounts.
• Payment processing.
• Liaise with our Factoring company.
• Maintaining a DSO of 20‐31 days.
• Uploading invoices to portals and our Factoring company.
• Processing weekly Self‐billing.
• Maintaining your ledger by basic housekeeping credit control procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
• Over 3 years of experience in Credit Control, essentially working with NHS clients.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data entry software.
• Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and numerical credentials.
• Persistence and determination.
• Administration skills.
• Proven organisational and time‐management skills.
• Computer literate.
• The ability to work well as a team and autonomously
