Location: Dudley - Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Manage the credit control process efficiently, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payments.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly and professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes.Requirements:
Previous experience in credit control or a related field 2/3 years+
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
