Job Title: Credit Controller
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000
Location: Birmingham
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Credit Controller for a fantastic legal company in Birmingham.
The Candidates responsibilities:
The candidate would be responsible for being proactive and calling/emailing business to chase debt.
Having previous experience as a Credit Controller or Collections Advisor would be beneficial when it comes to completing the general Credit Control duties.
Collaboration with lawyers to discuss appropriate terms and conditions for debt repayment.
Be able to review, analyse and improve all processes and queries.
Be confident when it comes to decision making and speaking with clients of all size.
Communicating with other departments to resolve any issues and chase held up payments.
Identifying areas of high risk and reporting this.
Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.
Supporting the larger team.
General Admin and Credit Control duties.
The Candidates requirements:
Experience within Credit Control desirable.
Excellent telephony and written skills are necessary.
Excel skills are essential - someone who can figure their way around this software.
