Credit Controller

Description:

We are delighted to be working with our client on the recruitment of a full time Credit Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a very well established local business in an all encompassing full time position based in Ely, working Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5pm.

As a Credit Controller, you will be required to manage debt recovery and build and maintain relationships with external customers.

In this role your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

* Chasing outstanding accounts and resolving queries, negotiating and implementing payment plans/terms and monitor accordingly

* Weekly/Monthly reporting on debt levels/problematic accounts

* Cashflow forecasting

* Credit vetting/setting and monitoring credit limits

* Attend client meetings as required

* Manage external debt/recovery agencies - initiate legal procedures to collect debts where required

* Process improvement and project work as required.

To be considered for the Credit Control position, you will

* Previous strong credit control experience

* Exceptional communication skills

* Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
