Key Responsibilities
You'll play an important part in ensuring customer accounts are effectively managed by:
Managing outstanding customer balances and reducing overdue debt.
Building positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
Resolving invoice queries quickly by working with internal departments.
Maintaining accurate account records and payment information.
Producing regular reports and monitoring aged debt.
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks where required.
Ensuring company procedures and financial controls are followed at all times.
What we're looking for
To succeed in this Credit Controller role, you'll have:
Previous experience within credit control.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
