Credit Controller
We are pleased to be working closely with our client based in South Leeds who are a well-established B2B (Business to Business) wholesaler and renowned within their industry sector. They now have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working in a team of 3 credit controllers with responsibility for a section of the sales ledger.
Your main responsibilities as Credit Controller:
Reconciliation and allocation of customer payments to accounts
Maintaining regular contact with customers by telephone and e-mail to facilitate prompt payment of outstanding invoices
Managing the recovery of overdue accounts, including restriction of credit and issuance of control letters
Resolving invoice discrepancies, including the coordination of customer credit notes
Processing new customer account applications
Key Skills:
Experience in credit control in a similar B2B environment
Confident in communication, both written and oral
Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly
Enjoy working as part of an effective team
Salary £27,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
