Description:
Our client, a well established service provider have an urgent requirement for a permanent Credit Controller to join their team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
Daily chasing of debts
Forecasting aged debtors list
Requesting Letter before Action Solicitors letter sent to customers
Liaising closely with the engineers regarding any account disputes
Matching credit notes daily
Daily bankingTo be considered for this role, you will need
Excellent customer service skills
Previous credit control experienceHours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
