Job Title: Credit Control Manager
Salary: 35K – 45K (DOE)
Location: Midsomer Norton
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)
I’m seeking a Credit Control Manager for an established company who are based on the outskirts of Midsomer Norton. You must have at least 3 years experience in Credit Control, and have also managed, coached and mentored a small team of credit controller’s in your past working history. You must be professional, highly organised and motivated.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Lead, develop and organise the credit control team
* Monitor and manage efficiency of team
* Ensure all old and overdue debts are chased and paid
* Reduce debt list and minimise write offs
* Take ownership of customer queries
* Resolve difficult/sensitive customer situations
* Liaise internally with other members of staff
* Provide management reports to the business
To be considered:
* Experienced with managing a team
* Exceptional customer service
* Able to build rapports with customers and internal members of staff
* Credit control experience (ideally CICM qualified)
* Have the ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations
* Have the ability to work well under pressure
* Experience with providing reports
* Full driving licence
* PC literate (mainly in Microsoft Excel)
