Credit Control Development Manager

Northampton

Hours 9am -5pm

Salary circa £35,000 

We have a great opportunity for an experienced credit control professional to join a well-established family run practice in Northampton. With the aim to grow a successful credit control team over the next 12 months you will use your expertise and market knowledge to define a comprehensive range of outsourced credit control services, tailored to the needs of their diverse range of clients.

Key Duties:

Define a comprehensive range of outsourced credit control services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Develop service packages with clear pricing structures and value propositions.
Conduct market research to identify the demand for outsourced credit control services among potential clients.
Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling additional services.
Recruit skilled professionals with expertise in credit control, debt management, and customer service.
Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and tools.
Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the team.
Showcase the businesses expertise and value proposition through various channels, including social media, website, and industry events. 

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a credit control or finance department
Man-management and people skills
Confident, self-starter that can be relied upon to work to own initiative
Good market knowledge and confident in targeting key clients
Prepared to grow and develop a team of successful credit controller’s
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
Demonstrable continuous improvement initiatives
