Description:
An opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant in Great Yarmouth has arisen, working with a highly successful, historical business.
Working with a great team of people, this varied role will involve the followings tasks:
Credit control duties
Raising Invoices both Weekly & Monthly
Assess all customers regularly for risk of bad debt and report concerns to the Finance Management Team.
Keep the aged debt within the terms laid out by the directors each year.
Provide relevant information to the Management Accountant to assist with the month end process.
Processing Direct Debit Collections
Ensure receipts are allocated correctly and reconciled.
Building good relationships with customers and being the main point of contact for all customer issues
Running reports, reconciliation and completing basic data analysis.
The successful candidate will have experience within credit control and sales ledger and keen to work in a customer focused environment.
