Description:
Due to a busy period, our client is looking for temporary support for 3 months, candidate must be able to commit to 3 months - working full time. This post may suit a student.
Based in Paisley.
The role will involve collection of debt on allocated portfolio of customers.. Responsible for the calculation, approval and maintenance of credit limits for new/and or existing customer accounts. General credit control administration. The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport building ability, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability and enthusiasm to achieve KPIs.
Candidate should have customer service experience and be proficient on Excel. Experience of working in a credit control environment would be beneficial. Be confident on the phones as the majority of this role will be telephone based.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy is required. Previous experience ideally operating in a busy accounts or customer service function dealing with governmental as well as commercial customers is required.
£12/hr - Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 pm - one hour lunch.
