Seeking a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing credit data and financial information of individuals or firms to determine the risk of granting credit.

Description

Key responsibilities:

Evaluating client's credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
Generating financial ratios to evaluate client's financial status.
Consulting with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
Preparing reports detailing the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
Reviewing individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.
Comparing liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of establishments being evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industries and geographic locations.
Conferring with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information.
Completing loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submitting to loan committees for approval.Profile

The successful candidate requires:

Proven experience in a finance or credit role
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of credit-related laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
An ability to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.Job Offer
