You will be working for a forward thinking business based in Manchester City Centre , they are a global company who continue to grow due to numerous acquisitions. The role sits within a vibrant fast paced team who work collaboratively and efficiently.
The job requires a strong people manager to lead a team of 9 direct reports split across three departments consisting of Credit Admin & Cash. Your key duties will include; 121's, appraisals, recruitment when required, manage client data, build strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, work closely with the Credit Control team, drive efficiency throughout the department, manage escalations and other adhoc tasks. This role is ideal for an established manager or a Team leader looking to make that next step.
To be considered you must be a strong people manager ideally within Credit / Admin.
You will be part of a company that actively encourages progression with ample examples of Credit Controller being promoted to Team Leaders and Team Leaders being promoted to Credit Managers and so on.
