Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Presence Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to elevate online visibility and brand awareness across various digital platforms.

2. Social Media Mastery: Manage and curate engaging content across social media channels to foster community engagement and drive brand loyalty.

3. SEO Wizardry: Optimise digital content and website to rank organically, ensuring maximum visibility and traffic generation.

4. Strategic Campaign Management: Conceptualise, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns utilizing mailshots, PPC, and other digital channels to reach the target audience effectively.

5. Content Creation Extraordinaire: Craft compelling and relevant content for all marketing channels, leveraging the full potential of the Adobe Suite to deliver visually stunning and impactful materials.

6. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to continually refine and optimise marketing strategies.

7. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.

- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant digital marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and community engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
