About the Creative Graduates - Learning Support Assistant Role: We are seeking an individual with a fresh outlook on learning who can utilize their creative capabilities to inspire and encourage pupils. Your creativity in Music, Dance, Art, and Sports will be key in helping students engage and succeed.
Creative Graduates - Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree in a creative course (Music, Art, etc.)
Creative individual with a hardworking personality
Previous experience working with SEN is desirable (Speech & Language, ASD, ADHD, etc.)
Ability to work well within a team
Confident and enthusiastic individual
Creative Graduates - Learning Support Assistant Role Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils across EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), KS1 (Key Stage 1), and KS2 (Key Stage 2)
Conducting 1:1 and group sessions to enhance academic and social performance
Collaborating with SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language, etc.)
