As a Senior Creative, you'll create bold ideas that push creative boundaries, crafting emotionally impactful and behavior-changing copy across various platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
* Crack briefs with cutting-edge campaigns aligned to client strategies
* Collaborate with diverse teams to bring visuals and copy together
* Lead projects from inception to completion defending concepts
* Guard brand spirit, design style guide, and tone of voice
* Create persuasive decks using Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint
* Stay immersed in competitor creative work, market trends, and tech advancements
* Deliver projects on time and budget, proactively solve challenges
Your Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years agency experience or equivalent managing multi-channel communications
* Passion for advertising, culture, music, sports, entertainment, PR, and social
* Inspirational creative leadership skills
* Proven experience as a conceptual thinker with a desire to change traditional agency norms
* Self-managed and disciplined with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for emerging media
* A Premier League team player with strong problem-solving skills
