Creative Designer

On behalf of our client, an art consultancy based within a prestigious design firm, we are currently seeking a motivated and creative individual to join their team as a Creative Designer.

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Art, Senior Art Consultants, and Company Directors to create unique artwork designs for a range of projects in the marine industry. This role will involve concept development, producing artwork designs in various styles, creating mock-ups, and working on a variety of materials.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Suite, have a strong understanding of 2D rendering, and possess excellent drawing skills. Experience in motion graphics is advantageous but not essential.

Overall Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

* Development of artwork concepts, including research and narrative development

* Creation of artwork designs, mock-ups, and image retouching using image libraries

* Creative interpretation of the Client's brief to ensure exceptional quality design

* Collaboration with the Head of Art, Senior Art Consultant, and Project Manager

Skills:

* Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

* Strong 2D rendering skills, digital painting, photo manipulation, and retouching

* Ability to understand architectural plans and elevations

* Creative flair and proficient drawing skills (digital and hand sketching)

* Knowledge of digital and print art production

* Experience with motion graphics is advantageous

* Ability to work in various styles and techniques

* Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

* Confident and open to constructive feedback

* Experience working under tight deadlines
