£30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus, office-based role

Harlow, Essex, accessible by M11, with free parking

Are you experienced in translating creative concepts into print-read work?

Have you produced artwork for clothing, sales assets, packaging or product imagery?

If so, we want to hear from YOU!!! We are hiring a Creative Artworker to join an incredibly talented Creative Studio Team. Working closely with the Creative Artwork Lead, you will produce high-quality artwork across various mediums, ensuring alignment with brand identity and storytelling objectives, bringing creative concepts to life and contributing to the overall success of the artwork function.

You and the team will produce artwork across multiple mediums, including clothing, packaging, sales assets, POS, product imagery, and marketing assets.

You will work with dynamic and vibrant brand identities & we want an artwork professional who loves working on outstanding creative projects. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious artworker from an agency or in-house design background to step up in their career and receive development.  

Key Responsibilities:

Translate creative concepts into print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Produce artwork for packaging, apparel, printed products, sales assets, product imagery, and marketing assets.

Execute revisions and modifications to artwork based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.

Maintain organized file management systems and adhere to naming conventions to facilitate efficient workflow and asset retrieval.

Assist with the preparation and execution of photoshoots, ensuring that product imagery meets quality standards and reflects the desired brand image.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure artwork meets project objectives and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software, with a solid understanding of print processes and production techniques.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design.

Previous experience in artwork production or graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in artwork creation across various mediums.

Familiarity with brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
