Creative Arts Teaching Assistant (Full Time / Part Time) Septemeber roles 
Cwmbran

£93.56 – £100 per day (salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The Role

Vision for Education is recruiting passionate individuals with a background in education, care, creative arts, drama, music, dance, or related fields to work as Creative Arts Teaching Assistants in the Cwmbran area. In this role, you will support classroom teachers by helping pupils access learning, engage in creative activities, and develop confidence through artistic expression.

You will work with children and young people aged 3–16 with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), supporting them in developing academic, social, emotional, and creative skills. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, and the age range of the children you work with may vary daily. Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and a practical, hands-on approach are essential for this role. Requirements

The ideal Creative Arts Teaching Assistant will have:

Experience working with children aged 3–16

Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

A background or strong interest in creative arts, music, drama, dance, art, or creative learning

A passion for helping children develop, succeed, and express themselves creatively

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (support available if needed)

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) – assistance available
