Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Ophthalmic CQC Manager to help run the laser eye surgery Sweet based in between Kensington and Chelsea in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing internationally renowned company and play a key role in the expansion of their ophthalmic services in London.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a team of highly skilled ophthalmic specialist
Oversee and support ancillary staff, ensuring smooth clinic operations
As the Registered CQC Manager you must implement and maintain compliance of all policies and procedures
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Manage the Ophthalmic laser suite in Chelsea

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CQC Manager in a surgical capacity, preferably in ophthalmics
Proven track record in surgical sales and business development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service
Driven, energetic, and proactive approach to achieving goals

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 per annum
