Salary up to £40,000
We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with an outstanding charity as a Registered Manager for a small residential home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Hereford.
To be successful in this role you will;
Have experience working within residential care
Have experience working with adults with learning / physical disabilities
Hold a minimum of a Level 5 diploma (or equivalent)
Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team
Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
With this role you will become part of a highly reputable company who deliver an excellent induction programme and ongoing training to their staff!
