Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch psychiatric nursing care to patients in the Cumbria community.
Conduct assessments, develop personalised care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments.
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Administer medications, monitor their efficacy, and educate patients and their families.
Offer support, counselling, and crisis intervention to individuals facing mental health challenges.Requirements:
Valid nursing qualification and registration as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse.
Demonstrable experience in community mental health nursing.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation.
