CPCS/NPORS Plant and Vehicle Marshall

Description:

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Plant & Vehicle Marshall for a long-term position in Oxford, OX4, starting Monday 12th October.

Location: Oxford, OX4
Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: Monday 12th October
Duration: Long-term

Role & Responsibilities
Safely control and coordinate the movement of plant and vehicles around site.
Marshall excavators, dumpers, delivery vehicles and other mobile plant.
Guide vehicles and plant into designated working and unloading areas.
Maintain safe exclusion zones around moving plant and machinery.
Ensure pedestrian and vehicle routes are kept clear and safely managed.
Communicate clearly with plant operators, drivers and site management.
Assist with the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements.
Carry out visual checks of designated access and working areas.
Follow RAMS, site rules and rail safety procedures at all times.
Report hazards, unsafe practices or potential conflicts immediately to the Site Supervisor.
Assist with general site duties where required.Requirements

Valid Plant & Vehicle Marshall competency/ticket
Valid CSCS
Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshall
Previous rail/civils experience preferred
Good communication and awareness of plant movements
Strong understanding of site health & safety
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
