Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting skilled CPCS-certified 360 Excavator Operators on major projects in Port Talbot.

Key Duties:

Operate 360 Excavators above 10 tonne on large civil engineering projects.

Follow project specifications and construction practices to ensure quality and safety.

Maintain equipment and report any faults promptly.

Work collaboratively with the site team to meet project deadlines.

Comply with all health and safety standards on site.

Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS card for 360 Excavator above 10 tonne.

Proven experience on large civil engineering projects.

Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.

Ability to undertake heavy manual work and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
