Job Duties:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in the absence of the regular teacher
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
Follow the school's policies and procedures
Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
Organised and able to manage time effectively
Flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
Temporary position with part-time hours
