Are you looking to build confidence in the classroom, gain valuable experience, and secure consistent work from September? We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools across Cardiff, with opportunities to suit both long-term and flexible working preferences.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students to stay engaged and complete their work
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Gain exposure to a variety of departments and year groups
