The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students remain engaged and complete the work set by teaching staff
Build positive relationships with students across KS3 and KS4
Support the wider school community when required
Gain valuable experience across different curriculum areas
