About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide assistance and support to students as needed.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of learning.
Engage with students to foster a love of learning and academic progress.
