Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity in the classroom when teachers are absent. Your duties will include:
Supervising and managing the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task.
Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment.
Providing support to students with their learning and answering questions as needed.
Liaising with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure smooth operation of the school day.Requirements:

Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings and subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
