Description:
COVER SUPERVISORS WANTED - Darlington! ????
Confident in the classroom? Looking for your next opportunity in education? We want to hear from you!
We're on the lookout for confident, reliable and engaging Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Darlington and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate looking to gain experience in education, or someone with a strong background working with young people, we'd love to speak with you!
We're looking for individuals who can step into the classroom, manage a range of behaviours, keep pupils engaged and ensure learning continues in the absence of the usual teacher.
⭐ What we're looking for:
Experienced Cover Supervisors with a confident classroom presence.
Individuals who can manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, proactive candidates who can hit the ground running.
A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
???? Qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement!
A degree, relevant teaching qualification, or experience within education would be fantastic.
However, qualifications aren't essential! We're equally interested in candidates with strong practical experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage a classroom independently.
What we can offer:
Opportunities across local secondary schools.
Day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.
Competitive rates of pay.
Flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
A dedicated consultant who understands the importance of finding the right school for you.
???? Location: Darlington & surrounding areas
