Salary: £100 - £120 per day

This welcoming and inclusive school is committed to providing students with a positive learning experience and offers a supportive environment where both staff and pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right Cover Supervisor. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, maintaining classroom behaviour, supporting student engagement, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's education
