The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes across a variety of subjects and year groups, ensuring students continue learning effectively in the absence of their regular teacher.

Delivering pre-planned lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Maintaining an engaging and productive learning environment

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Providing additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required
