• Up to £110 per dayAre you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new opportunity in South East London? Are you confident managing classrooms and passionate about supporting young people to stay engaged and focused on their learning?
We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South East London, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced education professional to work across a range of year groups and subjects within an inclusive school environment.
Key responsibilities:
Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning and individual needs
• Working closely with teachers and other school staffThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, confident, and adaptable approach
