Up to £110 per dayAre you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new opportunity in a supportive secondary school? Are you confident managing classrooms and passionate about supporting students to remain engaged and focused in their learning?
We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Brent from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced education professional to work within a supportive school environment and gain valuable experience across a range of subjects and year groups.
Key responsibilities:
Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning and responding to individual needs
• Working closely with teaching staff and contributing to the wider school communityThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, confident, and adaptable approach
