Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to work with young people and gain valuable experience in a secondary school as a cover supervisor?
Academics are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Guildford, who are looking for a confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team.
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Position: Cover Supervisor
Salary: £110-£150 per day
Start Date: ASAP / January 2027
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain focused
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
Support students with their learning where appropriate
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Help maintain a calm, safe and productive classroom environment
Gain valuable experience within a secondary school settingYou don't necessarily need previous experience as a Cover Supervisor. If you have experience working with young people and have the confidence to manage a classroom, we would love to hear from you.
